On-Site Installation

Executive Data Systems experts will come to your location to help make system installation, set-up, and configuration worry-free. EDS employs highly skilled, customer-driven people to assist in the installation and deployment of our solutions.

In addition, you will find our implementation teams to be creative problem solvers who have extensive experience in the deployment of simple configurations to the most complex environments.

Full Implementation

Executive Data Systems offers full implementation of your Timekeeping system. After determining your needs and policies, a EDS specialist will enter all of your employees into the system and set up proper pay periods, department structure, overtime policies, employee profiles, job tracking (optional), accrual policies and your specified payroll export. In addition, that specialist will walk you through one entire payroll processing event and review the setup he or she has done for you. You will have a comprehensive understanding of your new Timekeeping System at the end of the implementation. This is absolutely the fastest way to get up and running.

Online Training Courses

Quicken the learning curve that accompanies all new software systems by taking advantage of our one-on-one online training courses.


With our online personalized training you receive two hours of one-on-one instruction with a highly skilled Executive Data Systems  specialist.

Using web-based technology, our trainer controls your system over the Internet. You get to customize the entire session to meet your specific needs and questions. Whether you have the trainer review initial setup, or you walk through a practical application of the system to your business, answers unfold right before your eyes on-screen.

Learning is easy in this friendly, relaxed environment.

Online training sessions are usually two hours in duration. Special sessions that vary in length can also be arranged by contacting our Training Department at (206) 550-8857.

On-Site Training

In addition to offering on-site installation services for your time and attendance system, EDS also offers on-site training and education services for you and/or your employees. Training is available one-on-one, or to a group. A professional, highly skilled, friendly EDS expert will come to your facility and help you get the most out of your new system-quickly.

All product sales come with a full 90-day product warranty. During the 90-day period, customer and technical support services provided to our Extended Service Agreement (ESA) customers are available to you completely free. Call us, email us, or use our online Support Center to view training videos, download manuals, and more. We want to make sure you are up and running with everything you need.

Furthermore, if anything should happen to any piece of hardware or equipment within the warranty period, EDS will repair or replace it. (Due to the nature of software, whether licensed or rented through our ASP application, we do not offer refunds on our time and attendance systems after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.)

Extended Service Agreement (ESA)

Extended Service Agreement (ESA) provides you with a full year of warranty. It’s a great way to protect your investment and can be renewed each year. The ESA covers an entire year of unlimited toll-free telephone and online support and provides you with free software updates for the length of the agreement.

ESA customers are also given login and password access to our extensive online Support Center, thereby gaining access to:

  • A comprehensive knowledge base with step-by-step instructions.
  • Downloads, patches, and updates.
  • Frequently asked questions and answers.
  • The Information Library, containing all user manuals and reference materials for download.
